Exhibition Options
Exhibition space is available in three distinct zones: sustainability, energy and materials. Costs are kept down for exhibitors by this being an unshelled show. All prices include basic stall furniture (chairs and table) plus wi-fi access.
Just bring your banners, literature and any display products and you’ll be good to go.
Standard Stall
2m x 1.5m (i.e. one x 6ft x 2ft trestle table & two chairs)
A standard stall comes with a table, chairs and wi-fi access. Book this space to showcase your business in a zone of your choice.
Stall Price: £550
Double Stall
4m x 1.5m (i.e. two 6ft x 2ft trestle tables & up to four chairs)
Maximise your profile with a double stall in your zone of choice. With twice the frontage of a standard stall, this option provides a great platform from which to make an eye-catching impression. Our quoted prices include table(s), chair(s) and wi-fi. You can opt out of having furniture and book space only if you prefer this.
Stall Price: £1,100
Power
Power is an additional £60 for any stall booked (standard power supply) to cover costs, as we have to get an electrician to run extra cabling to you for this. If you need an a special power supply, get in touch and we’ll send you costs.
Book Early
With just 100 exhibitor spaces available, the show is expected to be a sell out. Early booking is recommended to secure your space and to ensure a prime location – it’s first come, first served!
