All prices include a 25% non-refundable booking fee and all invoices must be paid by BACS, direct payment or credit card within 7 days to guarantee your preferred location.
If you decide you don’t want your exhibition space after placing a booking, then please be aware we will apply the following charges:
Cancelling 8 weeks before the event – full refund less 25% non-refundable booking fee
Cancelling 4 – 8 weeks before the event – 50% to pay
Cancelling less than 4 weeks before the event – payment in full

The Client assumes full responsibility for any and all damage caused by it, whether in facilities reserved or in any other part of the complex. Any damage will be charged at full repair cost. Eco Fair and West & North Yorkshire Chamber accept no responsibility for the loss of any personal possessions including any loss arising from negligence, default or misconduct.
All exhibitors must have public liability insurance to cover them for this event. Exhibitors may be asked to provide proof that this is in place.
All exhibitors must provide a Risk Assessment no later than the 1st June 2016. Any exhibitors that have not provided Eco Fair event organisers with a Risk Assessment by this date will not be permitted access to the exhibition hall and no refunds will be given.
Exhibitors will be given access to the exhibition hall between 4pm and 7pm on the 14th June and from 7am on the 15th June. Exhibition setup must be complete by 8:30am on the 15th June and exhibitors must not commence stand breakdown before 4pm on the 15th June.
Eco Fair is a business to business environmental exhibition. If exhibition opportunities become oversubscribed we reserve the right to prioritise exhibitors from this sector.
